Swansea City
swansea city are a football club from wales known for their loud, p-ssionate and sometimes violent supporters.
they play at the ‘liberty stadium’ which is an all seater stadium with a capacity of just over 20,000. the club was formed in 1912 and joined the football league as founding members in 1920. from 1912-2005 the swans played at the ‘vetch field’ – where the most vocal support would come from the north bank, a terracing which extended one side of the pitch. since 2005 the swans have played at their new home the liberty stadium. the swans are currently in the coca-cola league championship for the 2009-10 season.
