a talimancer is a wild, rabid beast which is commonly encountered on the bioware social network. they are unique animals since they are the result of an unfortunate occurence where a perfectly logical male gets infected by the talimancus romancus virus. this turns the human being to a drooling beast which crusades against everyone and everything who doesn’t want to f-ck tali, or find out what her sweat smells like. talimancers are pack animals who group together, and they prey on anyone who doesn’t like tali.

if you encounter one in the wilds, the best course of action is to ignore it. however, if it is aggressive and tries to come at you, play dead. if you fight back, the beast will call it’s pack to help him, and then you are f-cked.
it started off as an -n-lysis of tali’s sweat, trying to figure out what it’d smell and taste like. i quickly realised that most scents originate from bacteria, which would be minimal to non-existant for quarians.
the next best thing, would be urea. urea is essential for the metabolism of mammals, and also a bonding agent (for say, p-cresol and o-cresol, two odor chemicals found in sweat. though these likely aren’t available to quarians), and it, and residues of the amino acids and chemicals used in its production are excreted through many different ways. urine, sweat, etc.

a talimancer is someone who is a fan of tali’s romance from m-ss effect. they can be catagorized in three different ways:
l-st:
1-these people have no intimate interest with the m-ss effect character. they just like her character.
2-these people will find tali attractive. however, they usually have little s-xual interest in her.
3-these will find tali attractive and will often engage their mind in s-xual fantasies about her. they will be intrigued by her alien features as they will usually be xenophillics.
argumental:
1-some will not defend tali against talibashers and will not argue ‘how amazing tali is’.
2-these talimancers will often defend tali against talibashers who try to diminish tali as a character. they will argue to get across their point that tali is a great fictional character.
3-these make comments that are vulger or obsessive. these can be notions towards s-xual fantasies about tali, or spams about how amazing she is.
action:
1-some just like tali as a character. they will take little interest in her beyond the video games and will only go as far as romancing her in most of their m-ss effect careers and making choices that benefit her.
2-all of above and more. they will constantly search for things related to her such as images and information about tali. they may make fan art and make or read fanfictions based on tali.
3-the talimancers at this level will do all of the above and more. their searches will often be of a more s-xual nature.
