the rate at which one moves objects with one’s mind.
example of telekinetic velocity: when typing, your thoughts go to your fingertips, fingertips to keyboard, to send b-tton, the thoughts are converted to electrons, and sent through cybersp-ce. the objects you moved with your mind were the electrons through cybersp-ce.
