2. the sound that low-hanging & especially wrinkly and/or well-textured t-st-cl-s make when you’re walking about ‘commando’ in corduroy pants.
the secret service agent became agitated as president trump paced about the room in his corduroy pants, the lack of underwear between his wrinkly scr-t-m & the notoriously loud fabric was increasingly obnoxious. before he had time to think of his solemn oath, the agent yelled out “please god, stop pacing! that testivfefe is driving me insane!”
