initially, learning the move is difficult for some. it may take a few tries. one should not force it. take one long hit of whatever it is that you are smoking, then open your mouth and allow the smoke to escape, naturally. you do not forcefully blow the smoke out of your lungs. once the smoke is coming out (by itself), all you have to do is inhale through your nose, and the move has been completed.
