TIFGIFY
acronym for the phrase, “there, i f-cking googled it for you.”
used in response to a question that could have been answered quickly and easily via a simple google or wikipedia search on the part of the question-asker.
this response is particularly appropriate when the question is asked via facebook chat or some other internet-based medium that precludes the possibility of the asker not having access to google or wikipedia.
a: hey, what year did t-to die?
b: (link to wikipedia article, ‘t-to’) 1980. tifgify.
a: cool, thanks!
