Train lag
the feeling the rider will experience from the motion of a train. the fatigue from being crushed into a seat for more than 5 hours.
train lag can be experienced by:
– taking a train that originates in daylight hours and ends at night.
– taking a train that originates in nighttime hours and ends in daylight.
– a ride that deals with multiple time zones.
– riding in coach cl-ss the entire trip.
– a train ride that has at least two meals of train food.
i took amtrak from toronto to chicago when i arrived i was a mess yo — i got train lag.
