remember when coffee was consumed black and tea was just a midday subst-tute for coffee. together they were simple beverages of necessity to fight the ill-fated morning grog. thanks to the misguided and ever so trendy local and neighborly coffee establishments we are now forced to come to terms with a mind-boggling realization. tea made with half water and half milk of your choosing is now ordered as a latte thanks to trendcessity™ and the people who h–rd our oxygen.
