Truth Ache
truth ache: a nudging sense of falsity, a palpable hunger for true-path. a truth ache is what we experience internally when we are not honoring our divine purpose or simply living a lie in relationships or other areas of our life. although sometimes painful, although embracing it may well force us to turn our habitual patterns upside down in order to effect change, the truth ache contains the seeds of our transformation. when we repress it, truth decay sets in, and the only thing that can save us is a truth c-n-l. sometimes we wait too long, and we lose our truth altogether.
i woke up this morning with a terrible truth ache. i must be living a lie.
