acronym for “too stupid; can’t read”. when someone spends time and energy writing an epic explanation for something, only to get a response of “tl;dr” (see “tl;dr”), you can fire back with this one.
tax payer: “… and in conclusion, i restate that it is the utmost importance to have this bill p-ssed through congress. thank you.”
congress: “tl;dr. we never read these bills.”
