a twitter condition afflicting twitter user that feels compelled to tweet constantly, about every meaningless thing they are doing.
basically anyone with more updates than followers. some would go so far as to qualify anyone who tweets more than 6 times per day as someone suffering from twitterhea. there’s no way your life is that interesting!

numerous twits in a short period of time of useless sh-t that no one cares about.
