type whining- to spell out all or most of your words, as if you were whining. very annoying because it takes up alot of sp-ce, and you realize you are actually hearing exactly what it would really sounds like when you read it. esp when it’s someone you know that actually talks like that. (and who likes to hear someone whine) iritating, not pleasant to the eer, as your hearing it in you’re head
