Urban-Edge Literature

the new field of “urban-edge literature” is a huge success not only with inner-city youth, but also with the whitebread kids of the ‘burbs. it resonates strongly with the tone of today’s youth: hip, edgy, vigorous. it’s “two-dimensional hip-hop.”
