it is a made up word. used when you want to say something but can´t think of another word than “utralittn”.
if your day was really strange but you don´t like the word strange or weird say “what an utralittn day”
or if you are in a totally normal mood but someone asks you “how are you?” and you don´t like these people who always say “fine” because it´s so boring, just say “i´m utralittn”
