Vunce
n. 1. a workplace “veteran” who, through their own inept-tude or unwillingness to learn and adapt to modern technological standards (mobile communications; hd televisions, computers, etc), creates blatantly avoidable inefficiencies.
n. 2. a stubborn individual who’s methodology for the performance of the simplest tasks defies all logical thought, often taking many, many times longer to accomplish something than the average (or even below average) individual. because of this inefficiency, the vunce feels that he or she is extraordinarily busy…but because of their need to waste time, constantly tells you how busy they are, thus taking even longer to accomplish the original task. this phenomenon is known as the vunce effect and will commonly waste large chunks of your valuable time listening to stories from the vunce about how busy they are. this black cloud of vunce’s time sucking creates the vunce vortex of both your time and the vunce’s time becoming unproductive and totally wasted.
