a scheduled pause time between songs, but could also apply to phone calls.
i just adjusted the waitment on my music player to 5 seconds.
during the commercial free hour on the radio, i think they adjust the waitment longer.
i wish my manager would adjust the waitment between phone calls to be longer than 5 seconds, since i’m never ready for the next call.
i’ve noticed that when i hang up my cell phone, there is a 5 second waitment before my next call comes through.
