basically a way of say hi, heya h-llo or any other way you greet people you meet a group of friends:you say what ya say. you see some one in the street you know: “what you say persons name”. ‘alright mate’ “what ya say”. what ya say boy?

of german/ american origin. combination of rad and fantastic. rad was switched to wheel after discovering that rad in german meant “wheel”. summer and emmalee are definitely wheeltastic.
