an aggresively fanatic doctor who fan, who does not comprehend the fact that not everyone enjoys everything or anything -ssociated with doctor who.
unlike whovians who are a much calmer fanbase of doctor who, the whooligans are known to verbally or even physically attack anyone not sharing their worldview.
whooligans will not identify themselves by the term, and will describe themselves as whovians.
