Wild Card Award
a wild card award is an award that has no pre-defined criteria or value, in and of iteslf; but rather takes on the criteria and value of whatever category the nominator chooses. it celebrates individuals who have very rare traits that are also highly impactful.
laura is so p-ssionate for team building that she often comes off as hilariously forceful as if insisting that you’d “better have fun, dammit!”. as such, i will be nominating laura for a very clever award category: as a wild card award nomination, i can write-in the category “monica gellar award for team building”.
