Windification
the wind going by the single open car window pulls the internal air out until it is buffered then is releases. this happens rapidly as the air continues to cycle by the opening. this causes a reduction in air pressure which makes your ear drum try to regulate and go in and out. this causes pain to car p-ssengers
your ear hurts from having car window down. this is caused by windification.
