population 27,000, considered ghetto by surrounding, wealthy, white towns but in fact has a solidly middle cl-ss population. many of the students there think they are ghetto and walk around with their pants around their knees getting into fights in the cafeteria, speaking complete gibberish and generally trying really hard. many of these kids actually live in hartford and take a city bus to school. most of the people who actually live in windsor are quite nice, warm people.
