this is a turn of phrase, if you will, for a way to get a prospective partner into a mutually agreeable s-xual position. by feeding the partner wine/booze and food, they will become content and hopefully aroused enough to allow the other person’s mouth to become engaged on their genitals. and said alcohol will also allow for one’s own mouth to become engaged in the other person’s genital at the same time, creating a position resembling the number “69”.
