gundam piloted by numerous characters in the anime mobile suit gundam wing, known in j-pan as new mobile report gundam wing. the wing zero was the never-built predecessor to the five gundams seen in wing’s first season. wing zero was originally desgined by mechanical designer kunio okawara, but in the ova/movie endless waltz, hajime katoki redesigned the wing zero to add a set of feathered wings.
the five gundam scientists shelved the wing zero project when they realized how dangerous its zero system was.
