teacher: “the wizard of oz represents populism. and dorothy actually represents mary lease, a populist leader at the time. and toto represents the prohibition. and-”

in wicked elphaba (the witch) was really nice when she was growing up, i loved her, but then everything went wrong and so she turned the way she was in the wizard of oz, and btw, galinda was a b-tch
