it is known to be a shadow version of lugia who also changed it’s look thanks to the full shadow transformation.
it only appears in pokémon xd: gale of darkness and it’s featured in the box art and also mentioned various time throughout the whole game.
it is considered to be the perfect shadow pokémon and war machine.
it is the responsable for the m/n libra’s crash.
