a person who uses youtube comments to push his/her own opinion. generally, lots of caps and exclamations are used to conceal the fact that n-body gives a f-ck what they are saying.
youtube activist: “the soviet system was superior to the west! it fought for freedom and dignity while the corrupt americans strove for luxury!!!”
normal person: “lol, this is funny.”
ya: “how could you ever say that, the soviets would have defeated the americans no question!!!xd!!!!”
np: “shut the f-ck up c-nty and watch the video.”
