infamous unit from starcraft. small, fast, deadly, and the bread and b-tter of any zerg rush.
i was going to expand but his zerglings stopped me.
s-xiest alien ever. a six-limbed raptor bristling with scythes. great for eviscerating marines, but sucks against fire and energy swords. a very popular creature from starcraft.
nydus to base + m-ss zerglings + full upgrades = cheapest. win. ever.

a disposable unit used in an attack. originally the smallest combat unit of the race the zerg in the computer game starcaft it is now used to describe any such insignificant unit, especially ones sent in large numbers.
there are like 50 3rd level characters trying to kill that level 15 mob. go my little zerglings, go!
