founded in bournemouth town, 2009. 45 elite (45) is a union of young british males born in 1994 and 1995, hence 45. the group mainly heir from ferndown to charminster, although bournemouth is the representative area.
45 can be seen as a graffitti tag throught bournemouth town and the surrounding district. there are approximately 20 members of the 45, although many places and people may be -ssociated with the 45 elite status.
45 may also be -ssociated with the dritish youth movement, (dym).
