an odd shape being made, with some steps being repeated, when heading a certain direction or trying to reach a destination.
instead of going in a cricle or triangle when walking or heading somewhere, you take several different ways making an odd shape. in this case you wouldnt say “we just went in a circle”, you would say “we just went in a rhombus!” or “we just made a rhombus!”
