when a person says they have been productive, when in reality, they have accomplished little or nothing. not only is nothing accomplished by this individual, but he or she often impedes on the progress other.
furthermore, when accused of doing nothing, they will often act pusillanimously.

y:”oh it was great, i went to the gym, and finished the business homework”
x:”oh can we compare answers?!”
y:”umm…..no”
x:”you didn’t do it, did you?”
