artsie refers to a group of university students who study arts or sciences. these students are inferior to engineering students. the exception to this rule is:
students in chemical engineering are sometimes also referred to artsies by their engineering brethren.

we can see an artsie based on how tired he or she looks. it is common that these breeze through a degree students never look tired, since they never have to do any real work, or actually study a useful topic.
yo man look how stupid that artsie f-ck looks with that colouring book and pack of crayons. i wonder what course he has to connect the dots for?
