this phrase is a combination of b-lls to the wall and pedal to the metal. it is used to describe the reckless courage displayed by an automobile driver who performs death-defying driving maneuvers to escape pursuing law enforcement.
guy 1: did you see vanishing point last night?
guy 2: yeah, kowalski really put his b-lls to the metal and left those cops in the dust!
