a bamacert is a commencement address given by president obama via cell phone. a bamacert happens when a person dials a friend and holds up his/her cell so a friend can feel as if they are at the address.
i wasn’t able to get tickets to the university of michigan’s commencements, so crissy bamacerted me! ha!
