a street in atlanta, ga known to have the highest crime rate in the metro area…so when you see a girl in a upscale environment thats really not carrying herself in a lady like manner and/or her hygiene is at best questionable but she personally thinks she’s the hottest thing in the room and conduct’s her as if this were the case..meaning: dismissive, rude, demanding, etc
