it’s pretty rough up there so it used to have the slogan:

there used to be a lot of riots and crime in bed-stuy a few decades ago, but it’s better nowadays.

filled with teenage sons and daughters of city workers who have no education and no aim.
filled with mostly negative thinkers who won’t go anywhere in life, the rest are people who haven’t gone anywhere in life and have resorted to negative thinking.
