is a contraction between bee and busy, bees are always busy, this would be applied to the person who is always very busy, is for that: bee + busy = beesy.
sister 1: ey you going to the party tomorrow?
sister 2: i can’t, i don’t have time, i’m busy tomorrow too.
sister 1 : oh gosh, you are always busy, you are a beesy.
