a person, often of elitist persuasion, often women, who maximizes the duration of words while minimizing the duration of sp-ces between words because: (a) the person wishes to prevent interruption during speech, and/or (b) the person requires more time to create connecting sentences due to the influence of mind-altering chemicals, such as marijuana.
