birth sex
the s-x you are born with, based on your s-xual organs alone. a child born with a p-n-s has a male birth s-x, a child born with a v-g-n- has a female birth s-x, and a child born with some form of combination or lack of the two has an inters-x birth s-x.
generally used for those who in some way work against their birth s-x, especially in the transgender community.
