a group of poorly influenced girls or guys who form a group or committee through text, facebook, or mysp-ce. this group can usually be spotted with non fashionable hair b-mps, more makeup than a cheetah with spots, huge purses for stealing g-strings (aka thongs) from upscale malls, hollister american, eagle ambercrombie & finch products, or sitting p-ssed off at another member of the b-tchocracy club. guys of the b-tchocracy club can usually be spotted touching and bragging on their man nipples and comparing testosterone levels for insecure “manly” re-ssurance.
