an annual award ceremony that:
1. given only to black director, actor, actress, writer for their contribution in hollywood. black people like: penélope cruz, maya rudolph, mariah carey, gabriele muccino, dev patel etc.
2. introduce and promote racism even in hollywood. pioneer for “american bruce lee award”, “hispanic hollywood award”, “dimitry goes to hollywood award” etc.
1. barak obama: dude, before wiking info for black reel award, i never new penélope cruz is black.
george bush: yeah, she just as black as mariah carey.
2. arnold schwarzenegger: me no happy, me want more award, me want to create a new award, “austrian-american-california governor award”.
