a phrase used to refer to a contemporary and commonplace yet delusional tendency to blame everything that’s wrong with the world on president obama. accusations range from sahara being a desert and you failing that physics exam, and anything in between.
– “hey man, palin just said on fox news that it’s potus’ fault that some canadians speak french.”
