blue bill
a member of the anti ku-klux-klan group the blue bills. they consisted of around 150 members and would find out through spies in the klan who was going to be attacked and set a trap for the klan. most battles between the two factions would go as this : klan sends out 400 members on full force, they find 100 blue bills. klan gets -ss kicked due to bills being waayyy over armed. bills win.
