boardword
a word scoring particularly well in board games such as scrabble, words with friends and wordfeud, due to the letters used to form it. often used about a word seldomly seen in common usage, but the term covers all high-scoring words.
“squiffy for 75 points? that’s a real boardword you’ve got there.”
“i’m 30 points under, i need a good boardword to take the lead again.”
