a name generally given to persons that continually refer you to wikipedia every single time you ask them a question, no matter how trivial the subject.
you ask your american friend, “what is a dime?”
rather than tell you they send, “http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/dime”
this annoyance is known as a boibrucer
