a descriptive word, used to comment on the busy-ness or craziness of a situation, usually meaning a lot of people. it can also be used to describe an item, meaning good, or cool. most generally used as a replacement to the slightly outdated “rockin'”. best when used in conjuction with the word “rat” (-ssuming that rat=right).
