when a person finds it in their best intrest to complain or protest, especially in an annoying or persistent manner. until a subject gives in.
coming from the word boo! -to cry, moan , whinge, sob, strop and the word -ss- yourself, the one doing the boo.
sound guy 1- “i like boo-ss she is really cool”
