the spoken- or written-word equivalent to receiving a bl-w j-b with too much tooth-friction. what is meant to delight is memorably painful to the receiver, if not embarr-ssing to the giver.
the lecture was interesting until the older man stepped up to give us all a bore job, not unlike urban dictionary’s word of the day. c’mon: ‘miss me’?
