verb. (pounced brew-too) short for brewery tour. avoiding the use of motorized vehicles, by using bikes or other means of “legal” forms of intoxicated transportation, with the goal of visiting any number of breweries/brew pubs (minimum of two) in an attempt to try as many beers as possible.
