buddy dobbs
a character from urban folklore. no one is really sure if he exists, but there are many stories about him. the name is derived from a warren commission reference to the jack ruby / lee harvey oswald connection. it is said he will lead an army of the homeless against the affluent. it is a myth p-ssed among the homeless, and is rarely told to people they judge as outsiders. to my knowledge, there is no records of him ever really existing.
