the act of skipping a cl-ss in high-school you normally attend. being randomly absent from a particular cl-ss such as math or science.
person 1- “where the h-ll were you yesterday, cl-ss was so easy.”
person 2- “i was burking-off, i went to mcdonalds for lunch.”
